dealer was great but we would have preferred to deal with only one sales person not three.it took six weeks to change our number plate.

Long scratch on the wheel arch, wing mirrors were not painted black and ruined what was supposed to be a happy day. Was taken for granted and got no apologies what so ever

Very pleasent and helpfull. Suprised and appreciated being walked to where my car was parked and asked if i was satisfied with the cleanliness of the car. The young lady was more than helpfull Excellent service compared to ford. Keep up the good work

I collected my car with my husband some of the questions were directed to my husband and not to me.

I didn't have the time to wait about whilst service was carried out, but was not willing to pay for use of one of your vehicles. There was no explanation of what was to be done on my carm nor did anyone ask if i was satisfied.
